On the 23rd-24th June 2016, Human Resources and Administration department arranged an “Integrated Leadership and Team Building Development for Organizational Achievement” training course. This goes in accordance with the Training Plan of Year 2016 to improve leadership skills and to build teamwork in the organization. This will lead to a development plan based on organizational goals and will build an understanding in performance management in teamwork, communications, and in goal-setting. This will aid the ability to bring fundamental principles and KPIs into work to increase the standard of our current operations
